Pet Policy

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are welcome. There is a 99lb weight limit per pet, and we do not allow aggressive breeds. Aggressive breeds are considered the following: Pit bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, and American Bulldog), German Shepherds, Akitas, Rottweilers, Boxers, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff Breed, Malamutes, Cane Corso, Husky, Chow Chow, Any Wolf Hybrid, and Great Danes. Non-refundable fees include $400 per pet. There is also a monthly pet rent fee of $25 per pet.
